I recently worked with Kymberlee and had a very positive experience. She was extremely responsive to my emails, always available to answer my questions and provide updates on the progress of my home construction. Shes also very polite, friendly, and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend her.However, I did encounter some difficulties when it came to choosing design centre options for my new home.The design center did not have a sufficient number of samples available, which made it challenging for me to make informed decisions. While the staff was friendly and helpful, it would have been much easier for me if there were more options on display.I was offered only 1 (3Hour) design centre appointment.If GFO Home Builder can improve their design center offerings, it would make the home buying process even more enjoyable for future customers.Overall, Kymberlee is 10/10 but GFO is 7/10.

Good morning, I been in sales for over 15 years and moved from NYC to Georgetown going on 2 years. I must say Kymberlee, along side Edmond are making me and my wife’s dream come true with our 1st home. I would recommend GFO homes to anyone that’s looking for a great builder with an amazing staff. I also would like to give a big shout out to Rebecca, when Kimberlee is off Rebecca is there. She’s super friendly and has an amazing personality. They keep us updated and reposed to us at a fashionable time, just wanted to say thank you.

Let me start off by saying that GFO makes beautiful homes with really functional floor plans to fit almost any lifestyle. They truly have a sound and well built product. But to me what really makes IT and the whole experience stand out, are the people they have representing the brand. It really all starts from there because they’re the face of the company. Kymberlee is phenomenal and such a sweet and personable sales associate. She has great style when it comes to decorating and really makes the process easy and so much fun. She’s very knowledgeable and creative. You’ll talk to her and feel like you’ve known her for years! 😁

From the very beginning we received professional service with consideration not only to us but to our entire family, which was a huge differentiator for us. Kymberlee Franklin has gone out of her way to be attentive and answer all of our first-time home buyer questions with great detail and knowledge. Additionally, we have seen nothing but great service and professionalism throughout the meetings we have had with Design Center, Electrical and the Builder.As the process of building has begun, we continue to be impressed with Kymberlee and team as they are doing a great job with keeping us up to date on the building progression and providing excellent attentiveness and service.We are so happy that we chose GFO Homes in Crescent Bluff!

GFO and Kymberlee at Crescent Bluff have been great to work with. Kymberlee has been immediately responsive and supportive to myself and my clients. The building process can be confusing and overwhelming but she has taken great time and attention to ensure my clients got all their questions answered and were comfortable moving forward. Her positive attitude and cheerful nature are also refreshing and much appreciated. As a realtor Ive worked with numerous builders and their representatives, and so far, the service weve received has been top notch.
