I worked with Cindy Gerig on purchasing a new home at Creekfall. I did in fact find a new home that suited me on a lot that also seemed to fit. We also went over financing.What I noticed about the homes were finish touches and good workmanship. Flooring was locked in tight, windows had actual window sills and child proof shades. Nice touches.Cindy walked me through all the options and was very informative. If I asked a question she did not know the answer to, (and I ask alot of questions), she got on her phone and found the answer right away. I enjoyed working with her and the Team.Judy Varns

I recently visited the community and was thoroughly impressed. The community is well-maintained, and the model homes are beautiful! My experience with John, one of the sales reps, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of working with Mr. John Cheatm. He showed me some great houses and was very knowledgeable about the homes and what they contained. John helped me not only with his great customer service but helped me understand the different dimensions within the homes and which one would fit to my specific needs. We stopped by the DR Horton sales office at Creekfall and spoke with agent Joey Blackledge. Joey was very accommodating and asked if we wanted a tour then showed us the properties available. After the tour Joey told us about DR Horton and all of the fantastic features their smart home package offered. We really liked his no-pressure style and he was so helpful in answering some other specifics about the property.We even spoke with agent Cindy Gerig to ask about appliance sizing and she was helpful as well. Our entire experience was positive from start to finish, all the way through to closing.
