I would like to leave a review to the warranty representative Steve from Lillian Custom Home. I have several issues on my house since closing. Although the build quality is not that optimal, the warranty service handled by Steve fill in the gaps. Steve replies to the warranty intakes quickly and always keeps updating me by quick calls or text messages. He proactively worked on multiple issues by either fixing it by himself if he can or reaching out to different vendors for the issues that are out of his reach. All of these make me feel like Iβm staying on top of things and give me peace of mind. I think this is exactly what home owners looking for when there is an issue. I truly appreciate the dedication Steve puts by taking multiple trips during the hot weather to ensure everything is all set for us! He definitely deserves a five star review.
