Live love love Landri!!!! She is easy to talk to and always timely on getting answers back to me for my clients.Did I mention, they build an beautiful home too?!?!?!?

We closed on our Plantation Home (second Plantation Home) at the end of March 2020. We started our house search/building the new home around Sept 2019. Without any reservation, I strongly recommend our Sales Counselor, Sarah Musil to have a conversation if you are in the market to buy a new home. Sarah was the ultimate professional sales counselor, answering all of our multiple question, phone calls, and texts in the most polite and kind manner (and even on her days off). Sarah always ended the conversation asking if there was anything else that needed to be discussed and wanted to be sure that we were happy with the result. During the process, she held our hands and communicated with us in the most honest and transparent manner. I would also like to recognize our Construction Manager Chris King, who like Sarah, was very easy to talk to and who also ensured that each step of the way with our house build was understood. Chris and Sarah make a fantastic team! Both Sarah and Chris have been very helpful and responsive to our questions even after the closing of our house, which we greatly appreciate. We had a great working experience with both Chris and Sarah and as mentioned above, recommend them 100%.

If you are looking to build a home in Towne Lake, Sarah is your girl! She went above and beyond to help us build our forever home! Home building is already so stressful, but Sarah made the process so much easier! I would definitely recommend her to any and all of my friends looking to live here.
