We decided to build with Coventry Homes at the Ridge after looking at several options. We were very impressed with the professionalism of Blair Dillard and the quality of the model home and finish out. We are so thankful we did! All moved in now and the process from start to finish was smooth with no surprises even during this crazy 2020 times. The Design team was knowledgeable and helped us to get everything we wanted in terms of upgrades. This was my first build after owning many homes and Ive heard some bad stories and was anxious from the start. Blair was great and had answers to all of my questions. He made the process enjoyable and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a GREAT community with Argyle Schools. Looking forward to meeting all our neighbors and spending the summer in the resort style pool!!! Thank you again Blair and the entire Coventry TEAM!!!

Just closed on our Coventry home in The Ridge of Northlake. Beautiful new build in this great new development. Our sales representative Blair was very professional and helpful. He made the whole process so easy and he was always available to answer any questions we had. The quality of the workmanship in the home was exceptional. So many extras and upgrades were included. We love our new home. Thank you Blair!

We used Coventry homes to build our first house in The Ridge at Northlake. Blair was our sales advisor and did a great job. We highly recommend him. He was very knowledgeable and was very easy to work with. With the process being new to us and having to do it during COVID we were skeptical but the Coventry team really went above and beyond to make the process as seamless as possible.
