This is a great community, about to be in the middle of 79 and 45, right next to Brushy Creek, close to almost every amenity, and quick access to airport, downtown, domain, cedar park, leander...Coventry experience was nice, and smooth. Built is great, floor plans are good and the interiors are well designed, almost same as or better than the way Id have designed.

The neighborhood is in development but you can already tell its going to be amazing. Its a gated community surrounded by a great neighborhood, with access to Brushy Creek, and within a few minute of anything you want or need in Round Rock. The only thing better than the location is the builder and sales team for Coventry. The experience is evident in the quality of the service and people involved. We couldnt be happier.The design of the home is so thought out, from the open concept, to the high ceilings and all the modern features youd expect from a house in 2022. Nothing has been forgotten or neglected from concept to build. I usually dont write reviews but this neighborhood and the quality deserve to be recognized for the attention to detail. Its all earned.

From the beginning to the end, It’s been a great experience Buying a Coventry home at Sonoma Heights. The Sales representatives are very responsive and professional. The construction crew did an amazing job and we were very happy with the results!The design, location an value of the property makes it one of the best developments in the area.

Neighborhood is in a great location, gated community, access to many stores, restaurants and Brushy Creek trails behind it. Coventry Homes does an amazing job with their construction with attention to detail in design, energy efficiency and finish out. Beautiful home for and great location. away from busy roads but still close to all great locations. Very comfortable new built. Secure and gated community so no soliciting. No more Solar panel selling at your door everyday. Very clean and well maintained.
