We just came up on our one year living here and have been impressed with the quality of materials Coventry uses compared to other builders we’ve worked with.I was also pleased with the respect and care provided by the construction and warranty team.Justin was our construction manager and made sure we were taken care of through closing. If there was something that concerned us he made sure to make it right and then some.Lastly, the warranty experience for me, after owning 4 new construction homes, is extremely important. For such a large home, things are bound to come up over the course of the year. Edwin was our main warranty contact and was courteous, patient, and fair with the few issues we had.Overall a great experience and would build with Coventry again. :)

Diane exceeded my expectations when it came to the home buying process. From the moment I stepped in her office, she greeted me with a warm smile. I’ve never met someone so patient and willing to answer all of my questions. Diane is extremely knowledgeable in the home building industry, professional, and kind. She updated my family every step of the way so we were never left wondering what was going on with the progress of our home. Overall, my family and I are extremely satisfied with our experience from the sales office, to our design center appointment, and our now beautifully constructed home!

Diane demonstrated unparalleled dedication during our home buying experience. Not only did she graciously extend her working hours to show us the available inventory, but she meticulously walked us through each floor plan tailored to our requirements. She went the extra mile by showcasing lots that offered the privacy of having no neighbors in the backyard. Her willingness to assist us even after business hours reflects her commitment and passion for her clients. We felt valued and prioritized. Diane is truly exceptional, and we wholeheartedly recommend her services.
