My husband and I did not plan on purchasing a home on this particular day because we were still in the process of trying to determine exactly where we wanted our retirement home. Anita was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. She was helpful through this whole process, even after we moved into our new home. I would definitely recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase a new home.

Built my home in 2022 and so far my house has been great. It took longer than expected (7-8 months) but the builder helped us with incentives. First time home buyer and our sales person walked us through the entire process.

I have nothing but good things to say about Anita Gonzalez. She is nothing but professional and I have referred several of my friends to her (which is saying a lot coming from me). If it was not for Anita I probably would have lost the home I was purchasing from Coventry and my earnest money due issues with the initial sale of my house. Anita and Coventry went above and beyond for me in a market that definitely favored them and not me. Thanks again!
