I absolutely loved speaking with Naazim and Delia at Coventry Homes. They’re both very helpful in guiding me through the build process. There are so many great options for my family to select from. I love the aspect of going to design center and getting exactly what I want in a desirable community that is centrally located to all the shopping. I highly recommend checking out Coventry 55’ or Coventry 75’ with Joanne for a more luxurious living.

I am involved in the construction business and chose Plantation over the other builders in the area because I had heard of their high construction standards. I was not disappointed as everything met or exceeded my very high expectations. I was truly impressed with the speed at which everything was done. The sales consultant Kevin was very helpful in getting me and my family the design and pricing that suited our needs and allowing the extra customization we needed to make it work just right.

We had a wonderful experience with Kevin Cooper at Plantation Homes in Harvest Green. He will go above and beyond to get you what you want. We had some requirements that required extra work by Kevin and Plantation and they both left no stone unturned to get us what we wanted. We are very pleased with our experience and all the hard work Kevin put into working with us. He was always prompt with every communication and we felt he always kept us his top priority no matter how busy he was. Good Job Kevin! We are very glad to have met you and thank you again for everything!

We started this process several months ago, Kevin Cooper was very professional the entire time. He never injected himself into our conversations regarding the type, size and how much money we would be spending regarding the house.Kevin sent us an email update weekly regarding the next scheduled task as it relates to our home. If there was a delay, he would notify us of the delay and the reason why. There wasnt a week that went by he did not contact us.Tyler, the project manager was also very professional the entire time. He was onsite or in the area every time I drove by to check on the status of the house. I drove my the property EVERY DAY.
