Last week we had the pleasure of meeting Jimmesha one of the sales counselors in the community. She was very welcoming during our preview tour. In the Escondido Community Coventry has beautiful affordable luxury homes. My favorite part of the tours was the open concept kitchen, dining and living room. The primary bedroom and bathroom was nice too. The setting area in the primary bedroom with bay windows was really nice. It allows a lot of natural light to flow in the primary bedrooms. I look forward to send these homes to our clients to review.

Purchased a home with Coventry in 2022 , I felt my experience was very accommodating, friendly and supportive from start to finish. This was my second home to purchase but first build. The team at Coventry were always very responsive with my questions and when I had a few minor issues at move they were very quick to get those taken care of. So far I love my new neighborhood and appreciate the diligence of the contractors in keeping the neighborhood clean as more homes are being built. Angela & Martin were amazing to work with!

This was my first home build, so I was a bit nervous not knowing the process or much of anything on building a house. Coventry was there every step of the way. Always, informing me of what stages were coming up on the build, guiding me on what was need from me (design studio, data smart choices). My house came out beautiful!!! I love everything from the inside and out. The process was smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend Coventry on your home build or purchase.
