Alex, for promptly addressing the broken window frame and other issues.we appreciate your patience and effort in resolving the matter on priority.12/24 (I was given one star in my 1st review)The warranty team has been extremely disappointing. A single star rating feels too generous.We submitted a complaint in September 2024, and as of December 2024, the issue remains unresolved. Some of these problems were present even before we closed the home. At that time, they provided temporary fixes with the promise of a permanent solution if any issues arose, which is documented in our inspection report and their walkthrough paper. Now that those issues have occurred, they are broken and have not been fixed and letting us know that its not in the database. Additionally, I have had to reach out to Alex for any response, which shows a clear lack of interest in customer satisfaction.Furthermore, for every complaint we file, they claim it is not covered under warranty, even though these issues are valid and should be covered within the one-year warranty period. -

Building a home is never a smooth process but Kevin and Coventry Homes went above and beyond to make it as easy as possible. Very Happy with the result. We are greatly appreciative! -
