Our sales consultant, Angela Paragas, was amazing from the start of our homebuying journey. She was knowledgeable, put us in contact with people and services that could help us meet our credit and financing goals. She checked on us regularly, kept us abreast of changes, and worked hard to get us the best deal. We are so grateful for her. We really felt like we had a partner throughout the process. On our search to build a new home we were looking at a few neighborhoods. Im so glad we went with Coventry Homes in Dellrose. Our experience with Chris and Matt was fantastic. Every meeting was detailed, timely and professional. They responded to questions quickly and we had open communication throughout the build process. I highly recommend Coventry Homes to anyone looking to build their home.

I do like the interior designer for Coventry, even though this was not my favorite Coventry model. After seeing several model homes in different areas, Ive decided to build with Coventry. Hopefully my perceived version of Coventrys attention to detail matches my own. Stay tuned!

Coming up on three years here in Dellrose and we couldnt be happier. Not a day goes by that we dont say to ourselves that we LOVE our home. Plantation/Coventry has gone above and beyond with respect to the two-year new home warranty and BOTH Chris & Matt are only a text message away at all times.We are still recruiting residents and likely always will.
