We Had a great experience collaborating with Coventry Homes in Davis Ranch to construct my home last year. They delivered on all their promises. Now, in our second year in our home, we couldnt be happier. As a Realtor with construction expertise, I highly recommend them. If you seek an affordable builder that meets deadlines, Coventry Homes is the way to go. P.S. We opted for the Woodlake floor plan, a perfect two-story home with a spacious living room featuring high ceilings.

Sarah Saint Clair at Coventry homes is the most detailed oriented ,helpful sales person when showing you homes & floor plans. She goes above beyond anyone I have ever dealt with & believe me I have been looking for a new home for awhile & no one even comes close to her expertise. She is a diamond in the ruff. Sarah St. Claire, is very awesome 👌 and bar none the most professional and compassionate sales agent weve ever worked with as this is our 3rd home build. She is highly recommended and I wouldnt choose anyone else to buy to or sale a home. Words cant express how great, Sarah St. Claire is.
