We had the delightful experience of purchasing a Conrad townhome in Dallas. I say delightful because we were pleasantly surprised in a variety of ways. The home was beautifully appointed. Our realtor, who notices detail, said that this builder was clearly a cut above in their attention to clean, well-executed design and construction. The escrow process was a breeze. Conrad agreed to everything on our inspection wish list. Better yet is their responsiveness since we closed on the home - you know, that period of time where many builders simply walk away. Not Conrad Home Builders. They have continued to be responsive to any question or request we make regarding our home. There is also a clear process in place to request correction to items noticed for up to one year after close, and a very solid longer-term warranty against construction defects.I cannot recommend this business highly enough. And a shout-out to Dale Murphy, the best client-facing builders representative we have ever worked with.

Conrad Homes built a custom modern home for us in East Dallas. We had met with several other builders, most of them impressive in their own right. But after we had a couple meetings with Conrad we decided they were the right builder for us. From that date to move in, we were not disappointed! They made the process so enjoyable and easy, not an easy task since we are first time home builders and pickier than most! We had high expectations for our dream home and they didnt let us down. The truth is every building experience is going to have things happen that are unexpected or unintended. Where Conrad separates themselves is how they handle these situations. They are understanding and caring every step of the way and in every position. When these things happen they take care of it! That is where it truly counts. We are 8 months in our dream home, they got their money a long time ago and they still are happy to walk us through things and take care of things for us. Amazing home, amazing building experience, and even more amazing people.

Conrad homes built my dream home for me and my family. All of our friends kept telling us how the building process would be so daunting and so overwhelming, but we have no clue what they were talking about because we had an INCREDIBLE experience with the Conrad Homes team. From the timely responses, to actually doing what they said they were going to do (and beating timelines, all while setting realistic expectations), they were on point the whole way. On top of that, they were extremely transparent about costs, pricing, and fees- which made things simple and calmed our minds about the nightmare stories we heard about other builders overcharging. You cant put a price on good humans, and thats exactly what the team at Conrad Homes are. We absolutely LOVE our new home (especially having to be here non stop during quarantine) and we couldnt have asked for a better team to help us build our dream home.
