Love this neighborhood and the model home is absolutely stunning! 😍 Lauren Poindexter showed me around the model and told me availabilities for quick move-in and lots for potential for home builds. She knows her stuff!I love Empire Communities because theyre semi-custom and can even build on your own lot. Say what?! I had no idea!They are my favorite builder right now. Their floorplans are thoroughly thought through and planned out well, their updates are modern and elegant, and their pricing is affordable.10/10 would move here!

Thomas Pike with Empire had been so helpful to us when we purchased our home. He made sure all our concerns were addressed before moving in, and even after moving in, was super quick to get back with us with any questions we may have asked. He is always receptive to our concerns and took care of them in a timely manner. So thankful for all his help!

We have had the best experience with Rikki and Thomas. I’m so grateful Rikki has been able to stay with us till the end despite being moved to a different community. She is worth her weight in gold. Those two are the dream team. Thomas has been great to work for any questions we’ve had since moving in.Only thing I’m not happy with is that the house next to us is the smaller version of ours and they allowed it to be built with the same elevation as us even after we pointed it out.
