Working with CastleRock Communities at Cloud Country was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Sales Rep. Cindy Zarate and Construction Manager Bryan Aguirre provided outstanding customer service, guiding me through each step and making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They were attentive to my specific needs, making me feel heard and respected, and their attention to detail truly set them apart from other homebuilders.In addition, as a veteran, I was especially appreciative of their support to help those who have served. They went above and beyond to make my dream home affordable without compromising quality. I highly recommend CastleRock and I will be back for a future investment property.

Working with Castle Rock has been a great experience. Cindy was a pleasure to work with along with her colleague Lajuana. Cindy kept us informed every step of the way. The construction manager Bryan was very informative and made sure we knew everything that was going on with our house. Cindy and Bryan make a great team. This is a mid-point review of my new home build with CastleRock in Cloud Country. I am happy to report the build is going great! I would like to highlight a few people and their exceptional performance.The first representative I met was Cindy. Cindy has been phenomenal from the start. Cindy definitely knows her product! I had lots of questions about floorplans, upgrades, and lot selection, and she answered them all.Next, I met Clayton who handled the financing part of the sale. Clayton is easy to work with, and he explained many details which were unfamiliar to me.The third representative is Bryan, my project manager. Bryan is very knowledgeable of construction techniques. He patiently explained each stage of my build. He also clarified how the building components work together.At the mid-point of my build, I can say, without any hesitation, that CastleRock has great representatives and builds awesome homes. Highly recommend!

We looked at a great deal of houses over our trip to Texas, and fell in love with the design and area of our home built by CastleRock. What impressed us the most was the care and availability of working with their team was. Ive reached out with so many questions leading up to our closing date and I always got great answers with detailed information. More than just finding a home we love, we thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone we met at CastleRock.
