Chad was great to work with!! He created a floor plan that fits our family just perfect! It incorporates everything that we asked for and things that are important to us. His guidance and suggestions during the building process really made things run smooth and easy for us. He always had patience, even when I changed my mind a million times! He’s a builder that stands behind his work and I definitely recommend him!

We purchased a 75 yr old Santa Rita home with ideas to remodel and luckily found Chad. Like any old home, there were challenges, but Chad communicated everything clearly to make the process easier for us. He was upfront about the budget and timeline and went out of his way to give us referrals and help us feel welcome to the community. We’re so happy with the work he did inside, we recently contacted him to help us with a few exterior projects as well. Looking forward to working with him again!

We have lived in our home for over a year and we absolutely love it. Chad was great to work with. His work is top notch and high quality. Even over a year later he is quick to respond and very helpful with any questions and concerns that we have had.

We have been our home for a little over a year and we have absolutely loved it. Great design with all high-end finishings and color schemes. We love the barn door and roomy master closet. Chad is very personable and accommodating. We will use Circle M again in the future.
