Christner Homes added a beautiful, covered porch onto our home. The integrated design makes it look as if the porch was part of the initial build. Stiles was great to work with and remained completely engaged throughout the process. He and his crews were punctual and thorough and any minor issues or questions that arose were fully addressed in a timely manner. It is refreshing to work with folks who are as professional and customer-focused as Stiles. I will certainly be calling on Christner Homes for any future addition or new home needs.

We wanted to build a house in a very rural area of North Texas and were having trouble finding a builder we were comfortable with. Then Stiles, at Christner Homes, came into the picture. Such a blessing. It was our first such undertaking so we were naive to many aspects of the process and we made some mistakes. He was patient and open to our changes while making some helpful suggestions of his own. Stiles spent a lot of time on site overseeing the work and making certain that the quality is up to his expectations. If there ever was a hiccup he always addressed it promptly and professionally. We are very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Christner Homes.

Christner Homes built our new home. It was a wonderful experience with Stiles, he always listened to our wishes and allowed us the freedom to choose our own finishes. He is very honest and built our home in a very timely manner without delays and within our schedule.Glad we chose this company.

Christner Homes completed an addition to our home. They were always on the job when they said they’d be there and provided quality work. Any issues or concerns that came up were quickly addressed. Stiles was on the job site most every day to be sure the subs knew what the expectations were. Hats off to a company that still cares about quality and pays attention to what the customer wants. Of all our years of hiring contractors and subs Christner Homes was the best.

I cant say enough good things about Stiles and Christner Homes. I did a new build with him and the entire process was a breeze. Stiles was completely hands on, professional, honest and capable! Not only does he do quality work, but the project was delivered on time and under-budget with no surprises. I would recommend Stiles a 110%. I couldnt be happier with the finished product. My home is beautiful!
