Being from the upper Midwest and wanting to move South, we relocated to Granbury, TX. Not finding a home to purchase that suited our wants and needs, we turned to building, and were blessed to find Chris Thomas Custom Homes. Chris, and his staff, their team of subcontractors, the suppliers they used and referred us to, were professional and very empathetic to what we wanted. The quality, value, their commitment, and the attention to detail, met our expectations. We couldn’t be more pleased in the choice we made. If we were to build another home, we would definitely select Chris Thomas Custom Homes for our next build.

We entrusted Chris Thomas Homes with building our dream home. The experience could not have been better. They followed through on every promise and commitment. Josh, our Superintendent, was so very involved and helpful at every stage of the process (start to finish and beyond). The entire staff at CTH was always helpful, friendly and available at all times. Building a custom home can be stressful and no fun. This stress was alleviated by their vast experience and expertise that can only come from being a successful builder for so long and doing what is right by the customer. We had our plans priced out by 3 builders in Granbury in 2020, we ultimately decided on Chris Thomas homes for the following reasons:We received a clear and easy to understand price list with total breakdown with no hidden fees.Chris gave us a list of multiple homeowners and told us to feel free to call whoever we want & ask them about him and his company, and they were highly recommended by both people we contacted.We felt they offered more for the money and they paid attention to detail on our instructions and to throughout the build.Our site manager has been extremally helpful in helping us make decisions.They go above and beyond on everything.The quality is much better than any other custom homes we viewed at the Granbury tour of homes.Our house is absolutely beautiful!Thank you Chris ThomasThank you Chris Thomas

Chris Thomas Custom Homes is hands down the very best choice we could have made.Their unparalleled experience in building high quality custom homes in the region and their inexhaustible commitment to professionally, but personally, guiding you from inception to completion was simply amazing.The winter storm of February 2021 took a toll on a number of our neighbors who selected other builders. We had to look outside to even know there was a storm! Peace of mind is priceless.There isnt a better Team around and they continue to be there for us nearly two years later. We are grateful and blessed to have had them build our home.

Chris Thomas Homes, CTH, is an excellent builder of custom homes. They built our home in 2021 amidst the challenges that many builders faced due to Covid, and finished our home on time and above our expectations.They managed the project extremely well. The project manager was excellent and always kept us informed of the progress, and advised us of available options that may enhance the home. The project proposal that CTH presented to us was very detailed with financial and construction aspects that allowed us to quickly come to a final decision.The CTH team discussed our final contract in detail regarding all construction phases, various options they could offer, and the financials in a most professional manner. We have been involved in real estate for many years, and Chris Thomas Homes does stand out as one of the best home builders in the greater Granbury area.

Chris Thomas Homes and his caring and attentive staff starting with our initial meeting with John Key, through the design process, into all the tedious details of bidding out our wish list, to finalizing the contract with Chris, throughout the building process of our forever dream home dealing with all the added challenges due to COVID to ultimately turning over the keys, was above and beyond what we had anticipated. 5 + Stars!The CTC Team from Chris, his office staff of Julia and Danielle, his superintendent, Josh Park to all the contractors working on our home made the process, while building long distance, easy for us to highly recommend Chris Thomas Homes unequivocally to anyone that is looking for a builder that is attentive and that will treat your project as if it’s their own personal home.
