Very happy to close our home with Chesmar, we got a lot of compliments for the quality of home! Even the 3rd party inspector is surprised with the build quality. Thank you Tricia for making all the requested changes and keeping us up to date with the process. Damian our construction manager, hes a giant. He make build the home so quickly yet the quality of the construction is not compromised. Thank you for making this process so smooth!

We had a fabulous experience from start to finish in buying our new build home. Tricia in the sales office was wonderful. The construction manager Damian has been great too. The communication with them has always been very responsive. We would definitely buy again, we love our new home.
