So I was extremely nervous going into the home buying process for the first time - in addition to adding in the element of moving from Milwaukee to Texas. However the biggest worry was finding a house that would fit my partner Mike and I. However we instantly fell in love with the Durham model which would be located in Solterra. Excited to start the process we met Kim Aguirre who made the entire process smooth and enjoyable! She shared the same joy not only about our journey, Solterra, and our home but also about the Chesmar brand and company. This for me confirmed that we had made the best choice not just in Chesmar but also in deciding to work with Kim. From Day 1 she has been professional, great communication, and an overall breath of fresh air in this entire process. Kim Aguirre has been exceptional with our new home process! We are relocating two homes, from two different states and she’s making it a breeze and as stress free as possible!
