My husband and I recently purchased our very first Chesmar home. MJ and Matt are amazing people to work with. We truly felt taken care of and they made the home buying process so smooth. Communication was effective throughout the process and all of our questions and concerns were addressed. So happy to be a part of the Chesmar community!

Nothing but positive things to say about these folks. MJ has been amazing to work with, he walked me through the process from the first day I walked in to now while the home is under construction. He helped me avoid making bad choices on color schemes while I picked everything out. Brady the loan officer is a wealth of knowledge on finding the best finance options. Matt and Chandler the builders have been patient, transparent, and answered all the questions. All the guys mentioned have been friendly, readily available and great to work with so far!!! Looking forward to getting in my home.

Chesmar has met and exceeded every expectation thus far in the preliminary stages of purchasing of our new home.At this point we’ve signed on the house contract, made deco / floor plan / lot selections, and we are currently waiting on permits for the builders to break ground!My fiancé and I were looking for a new home with specific features and Chesmar had just what we were looking for.
