First Ill start by mentioning Chesmar Homes in general is a great company to work with, we were looking at several of their communities and all their home consultants where always friendly, professional, responsive, and very accommodating. Now on to Rachel at Marvida... How lucky are we to have landed such a great person to help us at the community we wanted!! Rachel has been there every step of the way and is great about returning your calls and emails right way. She genuinely cares about getting you into the right home. The home we got was already under way and her selection choices are top notch, beautiful complement to a great floorplan.

Staff at all chesmar locations are super great! Love how friendly and helpful they are without the salesman pressure. Chesmar basically sells itself with the great designs and upgrades they include in their homes.
