Amazing experience from start to finish. We first met Valerie and then followed up with Luay. We loved how friendly and outgoing they were, and how kind they were to our rambunctious kiddos!!! We cant wait for ground breaking and starting the building process!!!

Beautiful homes, Great prices, friendly staff that are always available and walk you through every step of the process. Great incentives. Highly recommend. Shout out to Luay and Sierra. Amazing people. Best I have ever seen.

I am posting in behalf of my husband and myself. 5 stars is not even good enough for rating the service we have received so far with Chesmar homes. Luay, Tim and Holly have been phenomenal. Even met the sales agent at Heartland (Karen, John and a new sales agent, forgot his name) and they were so patient with me answering all my questions and helping me with selections. Our experience has exceeded by far any other builder we have used previously. I cant write it all because this review would become a novel. We have not closed yet, but I know without a shadow of a doubt, we will be well pleased. I am so excited and looking forward to our move in. We cant ask for a better builder. When they show they care, you know you are in good hands. Keep doing what you are doing Chesmar!!!!

My Husband and I just recently moved to Texas from California and are taking our time in researching where we want to purchase our new home. We visited with the most sweetest, professional lady name Brenda at your property. She made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Not pushy, she spent a lot of time answering all our questions and helping us make the right decisions. she was outstanding!! very professional and knowledgeable. Lets just say we are still looking around before we make our purchase, however Brenda has helped us narrow our decision making and looking forward to revisiting her again soon !

I couldn’t be more happy with my home and the sales process! My family and I just moved from San Antonio and knew exactly what we wanted but had lots of questions. Luay and Jon took the time to listen to our ideas and what we really wanted for our new home and were accommodating! Love Love Love!
