We just moved into our Chesmar home in Highcrest Meadow West and couldn’t be happier. Buying a home is very stressful but the sales counselor Laura made the process very positive and smooth. She was extremely helpful especially as we ended up having to transfer lots. Our home turned out beautiful, highly recommended Chesmar. -

I moved to Georgetown after the passing of my husband to be closer to family. I had the overwhelming task of finding a new home. I visited so many builder communities, I accidently stumbled on High Crest Meadow West. I bought a lot and began the home building process. Not only did I buy a home but was educated on the process of home construction from contract to 30-day call and warranty. I received weekly communication from sales agent. I had walk thru inspections at each stage of building with construction manager who answered any questions or concerns I may have.Chesmar customer service team is knowledgeable, friendly and available to help throughout entire construction process and after close with warranty questions.Thank you, Erin Osborne, Laura Coates, Nathan Ginn for going above and beyond to help me start a new chapter in my life.I HIGHLY recommend Chesmar to other buyers. -

Lara is awesome. Got it done. The most beautiful home. You guys do it awesome. It’s everything interior and exterior we wanted and yard is awesome. It has everything a homeowner could want. Water sprinkler, tankless water heater, softener loo, security system, our home has a rain shower from the ceiling. We love it.ThanksRM -

Patricia (and Erin for a short time before she moved) was a joy to work with. She kept us on schedule by making sure we completed each component of the buying process efficiently and effectively. She provided pictures or additional clarification of options when needed and was always available. She is pleasant to spend time with, patient, and professional. We would be happy to work with her any time. She was part of our decision to eventually decide on Chesmar at San Gabriel for our home. If the community is as welcoming as she is, this will be a perfect retirement home for us. -

Chesmar is AMAZING. Patricia du Plessis is an incredible Sales Consultant with Chesmar in Water Oak. Im a realtor who represented Buyers on the purchase of their new home in Water Oak, and Patricia was absolutely amazing to work with. From start to finish, she made the overall experience so lovely for my clients and we were so thankful for all of her hard work and dedication along the way (and to the incredible construction crew!) - my best inspector of Austin even said this house is tight during the framing phase - meaning excellent shape and no detail left behind! Overall amazing experience with Chesmar. Will definitely bring my clients back to build with Chesmar. -
