We started our quest for a new home and were most fortunate to encounter Martha Wilson at the Chesmar sales office. Thus began a wonderful experience where Martha and the entire Chesmar Team made our home building most pleasurable. With Marthas assistance and the outstanding project management by Wade Stryk, we built our exquisite home that we believe is the gem of the Stillwater Ranch Chesmar homes. We had many non-standard requests and Martha worked aggressively to achieve them all. With the forth-coming expansion in our area, I highly recommend choosing Martha and the Chesmar Team -- Martha Wilson is professional, responsive and was there every step of the way during the building process. The Team included me in every step of the building process so I have first hand knowledge of the homes quality. This is our retirement home so we wanted a quality builder and I cannot say enough about how well built our home is. If you are in the market, come visit this wonderful community and stop by the model home. -

I love visiting Chesmar at Stillwater Ranch to show my buyers Chesmar and what it is about. When you walk into their model home, what you is pretty much what you would get as a standard feature. Martha Wilson is an awesome, sweet lady to work with. She makes designing your home exciting. You can tell she loves what she do and it reflects on how she makes my client feel when they leave her office. One of my favorite builders in San Antonio. -

Team Martha and Megan are the best. Martha, the sales counselor, is the most professional and responsive that Ive ever met. She is with you every step of the way (actually one or two steps ahead so everything from contract and closing is a breeze!). Megan, builder, makes sure your home is built on-time and to the exacting Chesmar quality. Go look for yourself - you wont be disappointed. -

I am so happy with my experience at Chesmar in Stillwater Ranch. Martha was so knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire building process. The model home is beautiful and the design center is located right inside! I highly recommend this home builder and this neighborhood. The hiking trails and pools are perfect for my active family and Scarborough Elementary is an amazing school. -

Martha and Megan are spectacular. We were in talks with 3 different home builders, and the level of respect and understanding to our situation that Martha gave us was above and beyond. We were heavily leaning towards Chesmar homes for that reason alone. We had our eyes on a specific Chesmar home, but it didnt have the floor we liked. Martha and Megan worked together to swap out the flooring and find a new home to put the original flooring in with a single days notice. That was definitely it. We went with Chesmar and are incredibly relieved we did. Even after the closing, Megan has continued to help us transition into our new home and has been nothing but responsive. When new coworkers move to the city - I will certainly point them in their direction. A+ -

We love our new home by Chesmar. We built the Easton. It suits our family perfectly along with friends and family that visit because of the extra 2nd full bath and bedroom downstairs. Martha was amazing in helping us customize our home just like we wanted it to be. As far as after the move-in and things we’ve needed to have tweaked, Megan has been amazing in facilitating those things to happen. You cannot go wrong with buying a Chesmar home here in Stillwater Ranch. -
