We purchased and built our Chesmar home almost a year ago and our experience was great. It was a joy to work with our sales rep, Steven. He made the whole process feel very comfortable and easy. Steven was refreshingly grounded, humble, honest, funny, and always a pleasure to talk and interact with. Chesmar builds great homes having creative and thoughtful design layouts with functionality and beauty. Will be sticking with Chesmar as our first choice for any future home purchase.

The best home building and purchasing experience you could ask for. I purchased 2 homes from Chesmar with a different construction manager at each home, and the folks were attentive, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the process. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Stephen has outstanding customer service and gave me a call to update me on my homes progress every week without fail. Julie made the finishing selection process fun (and also made sure I didnt pick anything ugly). Jose and Justin went way above and beyond to make sure my home was perfect and completed on time. Highly recommend Chesmar to all my friends and family!

Purchasing from Stephan Tiller and the CHESMAR team (Jose, Julie, and Tony) has been the best home building and purchasing experience I have had in 10 years’ worth of purchasing homes. The team was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the purchasing process. Stephen and Jose kept me well informed through the whole process on a weekly basis answering any and all questions my family may have had. Julie was an integral part of our selecting our finishing items and completely simplifying the process in general which made things much more efficient and enjoyable. I purchased my home from Chesmar Homes in January of 2017 and closed in July. I went with the Jordan model home and couldnt be more pleased. Stephen Tiller provided the best costumer service and was with us from start to closing and still continues to help us with any of our questions or concerns. I would recommend to anyone the quality of the home is amazing.

We purchased a home about a year ago from Stephen Tiller at Wortham Oaks. Chesmar is a quality builder and has beautiful open floor plans. What a great buying experience from start to move in and after!
