I visited this builder on behalf of a client, these homes are an upgrade! I looked at a one story home, 10 ft high ceilings, huge master bath and huge walk in closet, beautiful views of nature! This area is so peaceful. I want to move over here. The staff was so helpful and friendly, I even got to look at the design center to know the finishing touches of the home I looked at.

This Hunters Ranch community is right off Potranco (Medina Valley) & the model home is gorgeous! Angie was super helpful with informing me about the community and the various floor plans available ! I’d definitely recommend visiting these Chesmar Homes and all they have to offer ! 🙌🏼☀️

I love this builder! It is truly a family oriented company. Archer Oaks has the perfect blend of contemporary style and beauty. One of my favorite features is the natural light that pours through the many windows! Archer Oaks is conveniently located just minutes from 1604 and I can walk my grandchildren to Igo parrk and library! . My piece of paradise nestled just minutes from my favorite stores! Love ♥️ Isaac he is so kind!

I went to see the new model townhome at Archer Oaks by Chesmar and I was very impressed. The 10 ft. ceilings with granite countertops in the kitchen were amazing. The main bedroom downstairs was very impressive with 2 sinks and a very nice walk-in shower. The bedrooms upstairs with nice walk-in closets were outstanding. I highly recommend a visit to Archer Oaks by Chesmar Homes. You will be pleasantly surprised to find a very cute townhome.

Issac is AMAZING. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, professional, attentive and thoughtful. There appears to be a great pocket community and Isaac represents Chesmar with the highest level of professionalism. Great experience.

Archer Oaks by Chesmar is going.to be a small community. Isacc Gonzales was the sales rep today and he was nice not pushy and didnt follow us around talking. Their Apollo Model Home is.awesome.

Very friendly and informative. Answered all my questions. It’s obvious that the homes are of very high standards and quality. The neighborhood is fantastic and the location has it all, even a park and quick access to miles of walking and running trails. For a distance walker or runner that’s huge !
