Building a home with Chesmar is a very positive experience. Kevin Lydon (New Home Consultant) and Antonio Valdez (Construction Manager) keep me updated weekly through emails and pictures of the progress on my home. They are both willing and ready to answer any question I might have and gave suggestions in making my home perfect for me. In addition to excellent customer service during the building process, Holly Matthews (designer) helped tremendously helping coordinate the various finishes in the home. I would recommend Chesmar without hesitation.

Absolutely the best home experience ever. The house is great and the attention to detail is second to none. The builders response to any and all of our concerns was prompt. Kevin is quite literally the best salesman ever -- you never feel like you are being sold anything. You always feel like you are coming home. Matt is just as great - he takes personal pride in making sure your new house is your HOME. Heres the other thing -- do your research -- the materials Chesmar uses, and the things behind the walls that no one ever sees -- thats where the value is. It isnt in the sinks and the tile, its in the construction. From the insulation on the outside of the house, to the insulated garage doors, to the foam seals around the windows. I cant say enough. Amazing!If you are looking for a solid home builder in Texas, Chesmar is your builder. We built a home in Savannah and have been completely blown away through out the process. Everything that we were told would be done was done, by or before the date specified. Todd and Ray have become like family to us. They have explained everything to us and we can tell that they truly care about us and not the $$. We have seen many homes and Chesmar had the most bang for your buck by far. The quality and workmanship are also top notch. We have been involved in every detail of the build and have seen it as it was built from the smallest pebble to completion. I could not say enough great things about this company and how well they care about the customer. They build these homes as if they were building them for their own family. I have heard horror stories from friends going through the same process with other builders and am so happy we chose Chesmar.

As a Realtor in the The Dallas Area not all builders are created equal. This past 7 months I have had an unbelievable experience with Kevin Lydon at Chesmar Willow Wood and Matt. Most builders will tell you their customer service is unbeatable and the best , but unfortunately that is rarely the case. I can tell you this Team is just that ! They were always prompt, responsive, and made my Client feel as though whatever she needed them to do they would do. Yes of course there were road bumps as there are in any build project but this company is different! They took care of problems, sent photos nearly every week to the client and kept on schedule with the build. They went the extra mile to take care of me as a realtor as well. Chesmar homes is probably the only builder I would go back to with my clients and not be apprehensive about anything! Excellent staff and service! The quality of the home is superior to all of the other houses that I have looked at in this area. Courtney did a fantastic job of keeping me informed and updated during the buying process. I highly recommend Chesmar Homes.
