Century Custom Homes builds beautiful, high quality homes, and on top of that they’re enjoyable to work with. I purchased a house from them before it was finished being built, and they were great to work with throughout the entire process. They were extremely responsive during the building and closing periods, as well as after. True to their word, they’ve quickly taken care of a few minor repairs under the warranty and have happily answered all my questions as a first time home buyer. Reza takes pride in what he and his team have built, and you can tell he genuinely cares. I highly recommend both the houses and the people!

I instantly fell in love with my Century Custom Home from the moment I stepped inside. One aspect that captivated me was the abundance of natural light that fills every room throughout the day, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding neighborhood trees. The size of the backyard is perfect for my family, striking a balance between spaciousness and manageability. It allows us to bask in the beauty of nature without demanding excessive maintenance. Another delightful feature is the built-in bar, a fantastic addition for our gatherings with loved ones. Both bathrooms are blessed with ample natural light, which is truly remarkable. Additionally, the proximity of the vanity space to our walk-in closet, perfectly sized for our needs, is something I greatly appreciate. The closets built-in cabinets provide convenient storage solutions for our belongings.In terms of customer service, we have experienced exceptional attention since day one. Whenever we required assistance with custom improvements or minor repairs after the second inspection, Reza and his team promptly provided effective solutions. Their dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is evident, and I am immensely grateful for their outstanding service. My review is a bit unusual as I did not purchase a Century Custom Home, but I live across the street from five townhomes that the company built over the past year on Malone Street. Therefore, I can add some perspective about what one should expect of these builders building new homes in an already built-up neighborhood. Owners Reza and Cameron Shoaee clearly know how to build homes efficiently rather than having the process drag on for over a year as several builders in this local area do. I watched the construction techniques they used, and they seem thorough and far superior to what Ive seen Sandcastle Homes do for a similar townhome. Reza, Cameron, and site manager Ryan Booker said to contact them with any problems with subcontractors or messy job sites, and Ryan handled the very few issues promptly and courteously. These builders kept a very neat job site and seem to care about quality and building homes efficiently without cutting corners or dragging the process out endlessly. From my perspective, they are a welcome addition to a neighborhood, and Im not surprised by the good reviews they get from their homebuyers.

We looked at many different homes around Houston before deciding on our home in Cottage Grove. The quality and style of CCH homes stood out drastically compared to others. Reza and his team have been more than accommodating, going out of their way to make sure that we are 100% happy with our home before and after closing. After being in our home for nearly a month, we continue to recognize the little details that make our home fantastic. It is nice to have a structurally sound home, but even better to purchase it from a company that strives to make it enjoyable for the buyer throughout the entire process.

We bought home our home from Reza at Custom homes last year. We searched 83 homes before we settled on this one. I am a registered professional engineer and recognized the quality of the built instantly. We bought the house and have been living happily in it. The buying process was a breeze and Reza was on top of it till the day we finished closing. We had a minor issue 2 months into the house with the plumbing and all I had to do was text Reza. We had Reza, his son Cameron and Hector in our house in 30 minutes trying to fix it. The whole issue was fixed in a 2 hours and a report was sent following up with a call. I work with builder almost on a daily basis. He is the best I have found in 12 years of professional career. He just does not build houses. He builds home that we have loved and of high quality.

We purchased a Century Custom Home 9 years ago in Cottage Grove, Houston and love it. There is very little I would change or have had problems with (fireplace would have been nice and was an option but we bought existing inventory). I cannot say enough nice things about the service and owners. We have run into the owners several times over the years and they remember my family and are always wanting to know if we are happy with the home.

My wife and I purchased our home from Century Custom Homes 2 years ago and have been big fans ever since! This has been one of the most important decisions of our lives and CCH has been amazing along the way. The owner, Reza, is an incredible family man who was a big help throughout our home-buying process. Weve seen him several times in the neighborhood and he always genuinely asks if we need anything and how the house has been. His right hand man, Hector, has also been amazing. Hector has helped us with numerous things around the house, even when they werent obligated to. Every member of the staff has treated us like family. I know that as long as we own the house, we can always call Reza or Hector and they will always be willing to help us or get us to someone who can help. Thank you Century Custom Homes!
