    I closed on my townhome a few months ago and so far everything has been pretty smooth. Only minor things have been needed to be fixed and they were handled pretty quickly. I’m happy with the build quality and love the layout. It’s also a great location with easy access to several major highways. I’m overall really happy with my home.

    Center45 is a beautiful townhome in a great area.I currently live here.Michelle is wonderful and extremely helpful.The construction team was quick to respond to my concerns.
