Very nice place to be, Iβm glad that I can call it my home the people who live here. Are very kind and loving. Also a very active neighbourhood with a good variety of ethnicity. Good location right off Baghdad near LHS as well as near the local Walmart. I would say one of the bigges benefits of living there would be the loving neighbours who in my experience are very kind.
