We purchased a home from the Seguin factory and our experience has been great from the beginning. From Brent our sales guy, and Adriane they went above and beyond for our family. Our home feels very solid. Communication is great. Sure, I went in and did some of my own caulking and touch ups here and there but thats with any new home purchase. Overall very pleased. -

I like the quality of the construction. I have seen them being build in the warehouse and I see how much they are like real estate homes. With prices going up I can imagine there will be more sales of manufacture homes. -
