Our house sold and this house was immediately available so it was not a house we had built for us. However it had all that we were looking for in a house. There were a few minor issues with the house which the builder quickly came out to make repairs or adjustments on. The back yard held water but it had rained for months but when it was finally dry the builder came out, brought in more dirt and fixed the drainage issue as promised. House included granite, tile, solid wood floors, landscaping, irrigation, office, 3 car garage, mother in law suite (AKA craft room and spare bedroom), 1/2 acre lot, etc. Only negatives were.. The garage could use more plugs, the cabinets inside were not solid wood, I would have loved a larger hall closet for the vacuum and wished the master bath would have been a soaking garden tub, but again this house was not built for us. We were just lucky it had came available at the time we were looking. Overall, Cliff has been great doing business with and I would recommend him.

We purchased our new Castlerock Custom Home in July 2015. We have now lived in our home for one year. We were extremely pleased with the entire building process and thrilled with the quality and workmanship in our home. During the warranty period, Castlerock came out to address some very minor issues (light fixture replacement and AC tweaking) and each time they were prompt in their response and always with great professionalism. We have recommended Castlerock to our friends and family. Proud Owner of a beautiful and affordable Castlerock home.

I love the design and layout of these houses way better then any other house Ive toured!Went through about 50 houses and stopped inside a a castle rock home and bought it :DI love the kitchen and counter top, arches, bedroom sizes layout ect.Highly Recommend them for finding a home!
