This is an EDIT from my past review.Casas De Leon answered to our complaint. Got us new flooring paid by them all we had to paid for was the labor but they gave us a discount as well. On top of that they are sending someone to clean the house after they are done putting the floor. Thanks for making our experience better. We appreciate you guys going above and beyond for us when we had this issue.If I could give zero stars I would. We had issues right away with the paint on the walls, the floor, the appliances, everything. They were hard to reach out. I bought my house 7 years ago, 2 years and a half after buying the house the floor cracked, they didnt want to help until we pushed for it, they finally change our flooring and now 5 years ago we are back to cracked floors everywhere. They are cheaply made. We own another house not from Casas de Leon and had that house for over 30 years the house is still in good condition. We have spent more money fixing this house than what we get to enjoy living in there 😒.

I had a great experience with Casas De Leon! The sales manager was very knowledgeable about the houses and was able to answer any question I had. The homes themselves are great quality and come with great features. I like that the houses are energy star certified, which will help cut down on utility costs and be more energy efficient. I HIGHLY recommend checking these houses out if youre looking to buy a new home. Very affordable, I love my new home!

Update to my last post, the technicians came out and finally fixed the air conditioning unit. They also explained the reasons of why it wasnt working. Although we didnt appreciate the initial response to the problem, thankfully they corrected the issue

As a first home owner this process can seem a bit scary however what it difference it made to work with a class A team I couldnt be more happy! This is what good customer service stands for! My home is top quality built with green features, energy star rated appliances and gave me the best architectural designed space out of their competitors! My family and I adore our new Casas de Leon home!
