Mike and Sterling came to rescue us when our major kitchen remodel was struggling right at the end with finish work that was left undone or needed to be redone. They were so kind, professional, and attentive to details. For example, they completely rebuilt a set of double doors that was framed crooked so that they matched an identical set of doors nearby. They rebuilt a structural support for our kitchen island that was very uneven, so now it perfectly matches the surrounding cabinetry. They added decorative trim that was not part of the original design, but improved it greatly, and filled all the many little gaps and holes so beautifully to create a nice seamless finish. They cleaned up nicely every day, hauled off construction trash that had been left in our garage, and took care of many other little details without being asked, which were left incomplete by another crew. I would highly recommend Carrisal Construction for any job. Thanks Mike and Sterling!

The screened-in patio had some door issues. It turned out the frame was warped. Mike and his assistant reframed and reset the door so that it opens and closes appropriately. He was quick to start the work and finished it the next day (a Sunday). Good job!

Mike and his team were great. He was able to come out and give us a quick and fair quote for a large project following foundation issues and started the work quickly. His team replaced all of our wood flooring, put in tile, fixed several dry wall cracks, and painted all of our walls. He put an emphasis on cleanliness and attention to detail. I am extremely satisfied with all off the work and already have future jobs lined up for him! Highly recommended him and his team!

Carrisal Construction recently did a bathroom remodel for us. We were so pleased with their professionalism and promptness that we called them to do some work in our kitchen. The work is excellent and cost wise well within our budget. We are planning to continue to use them for the rest of our kitchen remodel.

We recently had two projected performed by Carrisal Construction. They met onsite to review the scope of work and provide a quote. All work was performed within the scope, completed on time, and within budget. The first project was to replacing a load bearing column on the front of our home. This project required a demo and removal of a brick pillar, installing a temporary support, pouring a new footer, installing a new cedar post with the roof sitting level on the new pillar, and painting. The second project, was to demo and remove a large brick mailbox, prepare the site for a post, install a vinyl cover with a single arm and mailbox attached within the Postal Requirements. Work for both projects was excellent. We not only recommend using Carrisal Construction, we will be requesting additional project work in the near future. We have a master list of 109 projects total covering the entire home as well as 1 additional large project to add an 800 sq ft addition to the front of the home. While we will not be completing all the work in the next 12 months we will be working through the list by priority and intend to use Carrisal Construction for most if not all the work. They have shown they are professional and trustworthy.

Carrisal Construction completely gutted and remodeled our 2 full baths and a ½ bath, removed carpet and replaced flooring with laminate wood throughout the house, painted entire interior and front entrance, installed ceiling fans, removed old stair railings, and improved the house’s electrical, plumbing and safety components. The craftsmanship was high quality, particularly the bathroom tile work and shower installation. The team’s ability to advise on and bring our design requests to life in an efficient and creative manner was impressive. The Carrisal team operated with high integrity throughout the process and transformed our home.

We have used them several times. Every time, regardless of the job size, they have been professional and very responsive. I have had them replace a pillar holding up the roof, install amailbox, electrical for security cameras, attic access, and even fix a security dioor that was getting stuck all the time. They are always focused on getting it done right and dont cut corners. They will also be honest if it is something that you are asking for that would not have a positive outcome or might damage your property.I have a long list of projects to get done, and they are always my first call.

I hired them to do a remodel on my home. They removed all the popcorn from the ceilings and painted them. It turned out great. Mike Jr also installed 1900 sqft of wood flooring, changed bathroom vanities and painted the entire house. My next project will be kitchen cabinets and counter tops. I will use him again.
