We have been in our Carothers home for over a year now and our experience has been pleasant. We havent had any problems that werent resolved or handled promptly.

Carothers Homes: YOU ROCK!!! Thank you so much for making this transition as smooth as you have had!!! Rex, Angie, Ramay, Shauna..... AND so many others that just (and STILL DO) go above and beyond to make us smile every single day when we walk into our gorgeous home; the quality and thought you put in your designs is something that every other builder should learn from. If you are looking for a home in the Killeen Fort Hood area, look no further than Carothers homes! Carothers is building us a new home and we close on it tomorrow. Throughout the process everything and all team members have been awesome. A special note to my salesperson Rex Hall who really takes care of his customers. Other team members that need to be mentioned are Bob sellers the superintendant, Randy the tile artist, Steve the painting contractor, Ross our electrician, Ramay in the head office - our closing coordinator and finally Rebecca at the title company. Every phase of our Construction has been met with promptness, professionalism, expertise and beauty. We are extremely pleased that we chose Carothers homes to build our home.

😄 Hey these guys make a great house in the area probably the best... Rooms maybe a bit small but they do a good job making you feel like you got a grade A home.
