Gorgeous Model Home!!! The layout was incredible with 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms, high ceilings and open concept family room, dinning room and kitchen... the Designer Kitchen is beautiful and comfortable!! All bedrooms are very spacious and the selections for this house were on point!!! Its definitely a great plan to build especially because it has both a secondary bedroom & a study downstairs! Amazing community and fantastic amenities!!! 100% recommended!!!

We so happened to stop by the Canterra Creek CastleRock after looking at a few homes on a Saturday. We met with Barbara who provided us information about a home that we saw on HAR. We saw the home with our realtor and loved it. We signed a contract and got pre-approved immediately! We are still in the process of closing, but Barbara has been so helpful during the process by answering ALL of our questions and getting everything scheduled!
