Keaton Smith at Camden Homes was absolutely exceptional to work with. He was attentive, answered our questions professionally, and made himself available whenever we needed him to. He also walked the property with me to be my second set of eyes in case repairs were necessary.

I’ve had an amazing experience with Camden. They went above and beyond to get us taken care of and got us into the house a lot quicker than we thought was possible! All around communication was great, the Lender they had us use, Daniel Pagano with Fairway Independent Mortgage Company, was outstanding! During closing they definitely made it feel like something special! Juan Carlos was on top of things as well! Thanks Camden!

I am so happy that God has lead us to get a camden home from juan Salazar helping us get the perfect home for my family and I. In February I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to stop working we fell behind with rent and Brittany Vazquez reached out to us and she spoke to Matthew loe and they have been such a big support to me in this moment helping us and being understanding about our situation and has definitely treated us like family. I love them and Camden Homes and there employees ❤️ may God bless them always

I absolutely love the Camden Homes!! The home are upgraded with granite countertops and it’s a smart home. Lillia Ortega was so helpful with making sure I had the proper paperwork that was needed and she went straight to business by making sure she matched me with the correct home for my budget. Lillia is so sweet and genuine and I would not change a thing.

As a former renter who lived in an apartment community, finding Camden Homes was a fantastic opportunity. My rent, in a newly built home, was lower than my rent in a downstairs apartment with fewer bedrooms. Camdens customer support team is reliable, and they answer questions/concerns quickly.

The process was a journey especially once I got moved in, due to some things that needed to be fixed. Once I contacted Matthew the property manager he got on the job and things got fixed. Matthew Loe got you five stars… nothing else!Don’t get me wrong the home is nice, but the hoops you have to jump through to get anything fixed around here is ridiculous. Matthew Loe is a rock star, he gets customer service. If not for him Camden homes would be getting a 3 star review because I like the house, but I’m sure nothing would be fixed yet.Matthew I hope they give you a raise and a promotion for your hard work and dedication.
