Beautiful homes! We visited during open house when Moana and the Little Mermaid were there. They had a boat ride to the island and free snow cones from Bahama Bucks. So of course, we took the kids. -

Lots of beautiful built homes close to a lake and with a high voltage easement on the other side. Most homes had an upper room, many selling for over 700k dollars each. Homes are sold before the construction begins. -
