We have been very happy with our choice to buy a Buffington home. In our farmhouse-style neighborhood, Buffington offers some of the most attractive elevations. We’re always happy to come home to what we believe to be one of the most attractive homes in our neighborhood.When we put a contract on our home, it was just a couple of months from completion, so we were able to watch the last few phases of the build. We were impressed with the build quality and the attention to detail from the construction manager and his crews. We haven’t had any problems so far with our home (one year later) and don’t see any evidence to suggest that we will have any soon.Our buying experience was also very good. The salesperson was professional, but also friendly and warm. The entire sales process was easy and comfortable, and we felt as if we were dealing with a company with integrity. We also chose to go with one of the lenders suggested by Buffington (Supreme Lending) and had an excellent experience with them as well.

BUFFINGTON HOMES ARE GREAT. HOWEVER WE DO NOT LIKE THE STORE WHERE WE WERE MADE TO BUY TILES, CARPETS, BLINDS, EXTRAS WE WANTED FOR OUR HOUSE. WE SPEND 8000 DOLLARS ++++ FOR OUR FLOOR TILES. THE GROUT RESIDUE STILL HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED -- THEY ARE STALLING US -- OUR GUARANTEE IS OVER IN NOVEMBER 2019.BUY YOUR TILES AND MATERIALS AT THE TILE GUYS.
