I have been selling real estate for 10+ years and have worked with most of the builders in the Austin area. Without a doubt, the best experience I have had is with Tri Pointe Homes, specifically in Bryson with Stacy Cliatt! Stacy is so professional and everyone on the Bryson Tri-Pointe team has been incredibly responsive and great to work with. My clients love their home and continue to be wowed by the service they received from the team. Any time I have a buyer looking at new builds, I can always count on Tri Pointe being a top contender!

I am a realtor and had the pleasure of working with Stacy twice this year! I love this community, location and the quality of TriPointe Homes is top notch (even my inspector agrees TriPointe is a high quality builder)!Stacy went above and beyond during our last transaction, she did everything she could to make sure my clients had their TP closing matched up to their closing on their home in Dallas! Very nice neighborhood. I do a lot of work there for the company I work for. I love the fact that it a neat quiet neighborhood. I love the landscape of the area. Very beautiful.
