We weren’t completely committed to buying a new house until we saw the Brookson Builders homes…my wife and I submitted an offer as soon as we could after walking through an open house. The homes are very high quality with a lot of attention to detail and taste. The whole team from sales all the way to the builder/owner are great people and easy to work with. I have had bad experiences with corporate home builders in the past and Brookson erased my skepticism. They are not the mass cookie-cutter builder that cuts corners on quality. We love our house and so happy we bought it! You should check them out!

Brookson built our home on the scheduled timeline and even worked to allow us to move in sooner because of the timing on the sale of our old home. They were able to deliver the home early and on budget with no price increases or building delays. Upgrades in many homes were standard with their builds. Highly recommend.

We moved to Texas last year and had no idea about local builders.After looking at 25 to 30 new construction builds, we settled on a Brookson Builders home.We love our Brookson Builder home! The team was wonderful during all phases. We had an inspection before closes, with great results.We are now one year in our home, and recently had it inspected by an additional third party inspector. We have had multiple experiences with new home purchases in the past 35 years as a result of transfers with my company.I would have to say all have been very unsatisfactory until this recent purchase of a Brookson Builders home. While it was a rocky start, as a result of my “non-trust” factor, finally someone who cares about the product they produce, followed by integrity, pride and honor. The leadership of this company sets the example for the rest to follow. We are incredibly pleased with our choice, you will be too! No, I’m not being paid to say this and I’m not related to any of their employees that I’m aware of. I recommend the Brookson Home experience!

We purchased a home from Brookson Builders and are in LOVE with it! They add all the extra special finishes like barn doors, barn wood mantles, accent walls , double ovens, and cabinets to the ceiling. They provided weekly updates throughout the process to keep us informed and updated every step of the way! Super professional and I would definitely recommend them!! ❤️

Overall we had a great experience with Brookson. The two area that weren’t 5 stars were the warranty follow up and closing date. Both of these areas were significantly delayed. However, they were always great about fixing problems and addressing concerns. We are happy home owners of a beautiful Brookson home.

India made this experience amazing for us. She is friendly, efficient and while she is professional, she’s very down to earth too. We absolutely love our Brookson home and each passing day we are amazed at the quality of everything that went into our home.John is one of Brooksons greatest assets. He’s a builder extraordinaire. Organized and thorough! Not too impressed with the warranty department but overall we’re happy with Brookson. We had our home built in 2017 from the ground up. They did a greatjob. Any problems we had were addressed and fixed. They workedvery hard to make us very happy and they did a great job followingthrough w/ their word. Were mistakes made, yes but, they were fixedright away. They worked very hard to get us in on time. The delay wasnot there fault. Due to rain and a hurricane, our grass had to comefrom another state (they were finishing laying the grass the day wemoved in). All the subs they use have worked very hard to make ushappy. great company to work with. India White, worked hard to makesure we were 100% satisfied! We are so pleased and happy with ourbeautiful home!

We found our retirement home. We love the floor design and color choices. The reclaimed wood accents really caught my attention. We found very few details that needed attention, but they were quickly responsive. Customer service has been nice.

Brooksonbuilders have been a joy to work with. While my wife and I constantly contemplated what we wanted in our new home, they worked with us all the way. Without pressuring or demanding us to make choices or causing us stress during one of life’s key golds, building our retirement home. Never forcing or pushing us as we decided what we wanted, but advising and making the entire journey from start to Closing and afterwards a joy. So, glade we had them as our builder. It’s the little things that will seem an impossibility, not with Brooksonbuilders.
