I would recommend this place, on the grounds that you plan to get a home here that has a integrated solar roof, done straight from the beginning. A new construction should have a integrated solar roof as in these pictures of this housing development, plain normal every day shingles can have panels installed instead.Looks like Tesla is partnering with this community. This is an incredible opportunity for people to own an amazing product, the tesla solar powerwall & and the beautiful Solar roof tiles. My friend, Bryan Roschetzky, who does drone photography took these pictures. I’m so grateful to be working with such excellent people.🥂🎉

We purchased our new home from Brookfield this August, and have had a great experience overall. Our builder, Jacob, has been so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process, he has really gone above and beyond to assist us with any questions/concerns, even after we moved into our home.
