We are very happy with the renovations done in our home by Broderick Dean Construction! All of their workers were easy to work with and eager to please us. They cleaned up after themselves each day when it was quiting time and let us know when we could expect them back. If we made a phone call or sent a text to Amanda or Dan, we received a reply in a timely manner. We were glad to have input and suggestions from their team to help us make decisions about things we wanted done or changes to update our home. We were assured that any concerns we had would be addressed at the final walk through and they were. Whether youre looking for changing your home by painting the walls or replacing your flooring or tearing out and recreating areas in your home (things we had them do!) we would highly recommend contacting Broderick Dean Construction.

Broderick Dean ConstructionWe recently had an urgent need to remodel the master bathroom and enlarge door entries to the master bedroom for our parents in their home. The most amazing folks came into our lives – Amanda, Dean, Robert and their extended team. This company’s professionalism, quality of work, respect for the homeowners and the home is outstanding. Beyond what you could ever expect. Always on time, respectful, diligent, and absolute pleasure to work with. If you need a remodel or new construction, your first call should be Broderick Dean Construction.

We discussed our extensive remodel with three contractors over a two-week period in August. Amanda and Dan were the second ones we met with, and as soon as they left our home, we looked at each other and said, They were impressive. They offered terrific suggestions about what we could do - including recommendations about how to best prepare our home for transitioning into our later years. Their bid was right in line with our budget. So thats just the beginning. Then theres the actual experience of working together. It was wonderful. Every request. Every change. Every question. Addressed and answered promptly. Amanda has the vision for what can be. Dan has the skill for making it happen. Their sub-contractors are talented, polite and treated our home with care. Dan promised to complete the extensive remodel in less than 10 weeks. When we told some friends, they laughed and said, add another month or two. As of today, everything will be finished... eight weeks plus one day after the big demolition dumpster arrived at our driveway. I highly recommend Broderick Dean Construction. Theyre kind. Theyre professional. Theyre on budget and on time.

My wife and I had been talking about a bathroom remodel for several years but one thing that always stopped us was deciding on what we wanted. That all changed when we met Amanda from Broderick Dean. On our initial visit she walked us through design ideas and really helped us work through the mental roadblocks we had.When Amanda returned with the design and quotes in hand it was evident how much professionalism comes with hiring Broderick Dean. Everything was neatly laid out and explained. All of their insurance information was included and easily verifiable. We decided to move forward.We were out of town during the demo (great timing!) but Amanda and Dan kept us updated several times a day on the progress, sending us photos and commentary on problems they found with the builders install of the original bathroom. By the time we got home demo had finished and the dumpster was long gone. Other than the bathroom being completely gutted and the protective mats on the floors, you would have never known they were at the house. There was no mess anywhere!Construction was smooth as silk. All of their trades were professionals and did fantastic work. They were all very pleasant and friendly and easy to communicate with. Amanda and Dan checked in on site daily and had no qualms about having their team redo things that were not up to their standard. This was a completely opposite experience I have had with past contractors where I had to step in to make sure things were done properly.After completion we received a very nice bound package of all of the project information. Again I had never experienced this before! I highly recommend Broderick Dean for your remodeling needs. In fact, we will be hiring them again soon to remodel our master bath! These folks treat you like family.

Our project was an above garage space build out. It included significant HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work along with general interior construction work to add 700+SF.Amanda and Dan were great to work with. The scope and plan for the project was well communicated and their responsiveness to questions and issues was prompt and always courteous. Each came up with great ideas to maximize our space and how to handle unexpected problems. All subcontractors were friendly and respectful of our home.The completed project turned out fantastic. But what truly set them apart from the many contractors we’ve worked with in the past is their communication, organization, and cleanliness. It made the cumbersome details of a kitchen renovation (with young kids in house) much more manageable. We recently completed a backyard patio upgrade with Broderick and Dean, LLC. We noticed them working at a neighbor’s house nearby, and asked if they could give a quote for work at our house. Owners, Dan and Amanda, met with us on the scheduled date, listened to what we had in mind, offered many helpful suggestions, and later provided a timeframe and quote. Once we agreed to start work, all items were promptly ordered. As work started Dan or Amanda was onsite daily to monitor and assist with the work being done. They communicated via text messages on a daily basis to inform us of the plans each day. The craftsmanship of their crew and their high level of involvement in the project helped ensure the quality of the work. As homeowners we are very satisfied with how the project was handled from beginning to end. We would not hesitate to use Broderick and Dean for our next project, and we highly recommend them for anyone looking for home improvements.

The bottom line, … another very good experience and outcome.Bathrooms have lot going on, so this time we really leveraged Broderick Dean’s design expertise. Amanda is very good bringing all the aspects of bathroom design together, she worked hard to understand our style preferences, and brought ideas into the design process that ended up making the outcome even better that what we originally envisioned.The quality of work is very good. Dan and Amanda are very involved in the day-to-day construction, are very easy to work with, and they make sure everything is being done right. They also work hard to keep the project moving.Anyone should feel comfortable using Broderick Dean. Dan and Amanda have built a company that operates with integrity, focuses on quality work, and delivered for us an end result that we are very happy with.June 2023I would certainly recommend Broderick Dean to anyone.We chose to work with Dan and Amanda for a partial upstairs remodel. We had decided to combine two rooms to create a larger workspace for my wife’s sewing, quilting, and crafting activities. In addition, we also decided to open up the space around a back set of stairs leading to the new workspace. All this work involved,• removing walls (one load bearing)• installing new support beams in the ceiling• building a new closet with adjustable shelving• new drywall and crown molding• new recessed lighting, electrical plugs, switches, etc.• moving ceiling fans• extending an existing stair handrail, balusters, and trim workDan and Amanda were easy to work with, professional, understood the scope and very effectively managed the work to completion right on schedule. The schedule was critical as we had new wood floors being installed within a few days afterwards.I was also impressed with two other aspects of working with Broderick Dean Construction. First, Amanda’s organization related to the proposal and contract, and later the close-out and warranty information, is a level above what you will generally see. Also, Dan was on-site every day, supervising the activity and working on various aspects of the remodel. He also put in unforeseen extra effort to find staircase components needed to match the twenty-five year old original construction.We are very pleased with the results and already have a new project that we will be discussing with the Broderick Dean Construction team soon.

We chose Broderick Dean Construction for our kitchen/great room project and would easily and highly recommend this company!From our perspective we had a fairly extensive remodel that included all new appliances, counter tops, flooring, electrical, painting and custom cabinets. We were given design options that fit our budget and a working timeline. Paperwork such as billing and change orders were handled in a timely fashion. The project was organized and coordinated well between all the different trades. Amanda and Dan even went above and beyond to assist with things that werent even in their scope of work. They were truly interested in helping us create a beautiful and functional living space that we love.The details are where a company shows its true colors. I waited to write our review until we saw how the final punch list items were handled. There will always be things that need to be adjusted or touched up. Amanda and Dan made sure that each and every item was attended to (even after they had the final check).Amanda and Dan exceeded our expectations from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough. It was refreshing to work with a company that delivered exactly what they promised and MORE! We are so happy with how well our kitchen/great room turned out and are already looking ahead to our next project.

Broderick Dean was recommended to me by a friend, and I am so relieved that we were introduced! I felt very comfortable with both Amanda and Dan the moment I met them, and appreciated their transparency, advice and professionalism. Amanda kept me focused, and gently guided me to help with design decisions and eliminate options that would not be a good return on investment on a bathroom remodel and pergola renovation. When I found a quartzite I loved at a showroom and was told it was no longer available, Amanda made a few calls and was able to secure the last piece left in the area at a good price. She is communicative, responsive, and trustworthy. I look forward to working with Amanda and Dan of Broderick Dean on another project again soon!

However, I did not know how far they would exceed those expectations. Amanda worked closely with my insurance agent ensuring I was compensated more than fairly. She fought diligently to secure it. Dan and Amanda kept everything on track with their crews, who were all so professional and friendly. The service was exceptional, and my house turned out even more beautiful with her guidance regarding new flooring and paint colors. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed!

Want to give HUGE high 5 to Broderick Dean Construction! Based on other referrals for them on our neighborhood FB page, we contacted them about perhaps helping us update our master bathroom. We honestly had a) no idea of what we wanted and, probably most importantly, b) what was realistic. Amanda and Daniel were extraordinarily creative (there was NO way that we would have envisioned what they could see), helpful (not only with ideas for what was possible, but advice about what was NOT advisable), patient (with us at every decision point), and diligent (incredible attention to detail AND to an almost unbelievable level of super high quality and thoroughness). They were fantastic communicators (which we highly value), they and their skill team were punctual and always professional, AND they were simply a joy to work with all along the way. Amanda and Dan were great! We can’t say enough good things about either one of them or the crew that they hired to do both of our jobs.We had a faulty valve on our water heater that caused our ceiling to flood and also ruined our floor in the den. Amanda jumped in there, called the manufacturer and stayed on it until she was able to speak to someone about our problem. She is very personable and very knowledgeable about her job.Dan and his crew got right on our job and got it fixed.Our 2nd job was to redo our outdoor kitchen and add an outdoor fireplace. Dan went above and beyond to make sure everything was done well and cleaned up after. We are so pleased.
