This is our fourth new construction home, and it was by far our best experience. From the moment we walked in to the model home, it was readily apparent Anita would be great to work with, and it was obvious she would make sure the entire process would go smoothly. Both Ben and Bailey were outstanding construction managers. Every step of the way they ensured all aspects of the build were either meeting or exceeding our expectations. Any issue, no matter big or small, was addressed promptly and thoroughly. The quality of construction and attention to detail was amazing!We are so happy with the end result and highly recommend considering Britton Homes if you are in the market for a new luxury home!

Our family recently moved to the Walsh community from Destin, Fl. We feel so blessed to have closed on our beautiful Britton home in the Walsh community. Everyone we have encountered with Britton has been nothing short of friendly, warm and accommodating. We have built custom homes in the past, we know quality - Britton builds a beautiful home. Whats more...their awesome construction manager Bailey touched base with us twice after moving in to make sure we were happy and if there was anything we noticed that needed touching up (it didnt). Anita was amazing to work with and SO helpful!!! There was another sales girl with blonde hair at our closing (I forgot her name) but also SO helpful and gave us some wonderful recommendations. Britton, if youre reading this - your team at Walsh is spectacular!!!! I will be recommending Britton to anyone that is interested in a new home. Thank you so much for making this transition so easy! I have a million nice things I could say about Britton Homes at Walsh Ranch — so Im going to start with just how amazing Stefanie has been to work with. As a Realtor, knowing you have an honest and trustworthy person you can depend on if a huge key factor. Stefanie has always been on top of everything for us from day 1 of the process. Aside from that the homes are just gorgeous. All my clients have been extremely pleased with Stefanie and Anitas help, knowledge and beauty of the community. Looking forward to closing many more deals with her.

We recently had our first visit to Walsh and were just blown away! Not only is it beautiful, but they have TONS of amenities! A ginormous gym, resort style pool, sand volleyball, fire pits, huge dog parks, sports courts, a lake you can swim and fish in, countless playgrounds and walking trails- a convenient store and gas station- wow! And that’s not even all! Then we visited all the builders and have to say Britton Homes was by far our favorite. Even our kids favorite. Impeccable attention to detail!!! No other home compared. They were extremely busy yet we still had the pleasure to speak with both ladies who were just lovely. We talked and laughed and they told us things we didn’t even think to ask about! Definitely the most welcoming, informative and genuine visit we had. Good energy all around. Although we are over a year from moving, we know home will be here with Britton. Highly recommend.
