We recently worked with Taylor, and she was absolutely wonderful! As a mom, it was important to find a home that fit my family’s needs, and Taylor truly understood that. She took the time to listen and made thoughtful suggestions—safe play areas for my daughter, plenty of storage for toys and supplies, and even a plan and orientation with good lighting and plan with the right patio for afternoon shade.Taylor’s patience and understanding made the whole process so much easier. We built a house with Britton in Star Trail last year amongst the pandemic! Larry was literally one of the first reasons we chose Britton. He made the process very easy, was very professional, and was there for us the entire time! The building process was seamless! From breaking ground to closing, it was less than 6 months! Amazing!! Britton builds a great quality home, the builders and managers are all fantastic! I would honestly not build with anyone else! -

We purchased a Britton Home in Star Trail in early 2019. One of the main reasons we purchased was because the 2 year warranty Britton has on all of their homes. I must say, Ive been so impressed with the quality!Weve used the warranty for things that Britton did NOT install, like our GE microwave which broke after the 1 year appliance warranty was up. Our sprinklers were installed by another company and leaked, but Britton covered it.Everything Britton has done has been exceptional! If I were to buy again, Britton would be on the top of my list. -

Britton is our absolute favorite builder!! Not only do we sell Britton, we live in a Britton! As buyers we love the finishes and layout of our Britton, as agents, we love the two year builder warranty where all the other builders are only giving one year! Talk about peace of mind! Star trail is a fabulous community with a fantastic clubhouse and pool! If you are considering Prosper, you have to check out Britton Homes in Star Trail!! -

We live out of state and were concerned with building a home and not being local. Larry and the Britton team have been patient and professional helping us through this process. We have had an outstanding experience with Britton Homes at Star Trails, Prosper TX with respect to building a new house. Their head sales professional Larry Bennett has been very responsive with the entire build process, as well as the head project manager Marco, and construction manager Adam. We visited the DFW on Dec 01 through Dec 03 and we excited about moving to the DFW area for work transfer reasons. I called Britton Homes on Dec 11th and spoke with Larry Bennett about building a new house. Within 10 minutes, Larry sent us detailed map on the available lots. We chose a 91 foot frontage lot. Then we selected the house plan and facade. Larry then sent us the major options our plan had and we selected the upgrades we liked. The next day the build contract arrived, we doc-u-signed, and we wired the earnest money. Next my wife flew back and spent nine+ hours selecting cabinets, flooring, lighting, etc. All was set! Then the town of Prosper approved the plans and that started the actual build. Larry Bennett has been consistently responsive sending us photos of the lot, the house survey, house slab photo, the house framing photo, etc. Our construction manager Adam has kept us updated with weekly emails on progress. I can say that Britton Homes is truly a professional, quality organization and will let their CEO Kathy know about our experience. On a side note, I do hope that Jerry Jones will be tolerant of a Detroit Lions fan. I cant believe we lost to the Cowboys 5 to 0 in the first NFL wild card playoff in 1970. We just needed one touchdown. -
