Demi is AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough good words about how she made our first home building experience absolutely wonderful. 100000/10 for being the most kind, helpful, responsive, and awesomest ever! I feel truly blessed to have built a dream home with a dream team that really, really cares. Demi & Braden are beyond wonderful and if you’re reading this looking to buy/build, I promise: go with Demi!!!

I can not say enough good things about Brightland Homes. We have lived in our new home for a few months and we are absolutely in love. We worked with Demi and Braden and they are truly what makes Brightland the best! They kept us informed during the whole selection and building process. We know they were always looking out for us and I could not have asked for a better custom home build process. Brightland Homes is lucky to have such great team members!
