My husband and I currently reside in the West Houston Area and are interested in homes in the Magnolia area. We were referred to Jeff Thompson with Gehan Homes by a mutual friend and were very pleased with our experience. With our busy schedule, Jeff made arrangements to meet with us virtually via zoom. We toured the beautiful Partridge floor plan in Mostyn Manor and it felt as though we were touring the home in person! We loved the layout of the home and one of our favorite features was the laundry/office space! We also love the size of the available lots and backyards where we could build our own pool and outdoor living space. What a beautiful community! Jeff was very knowledgeable about the different floorplans and upgrade options, the tax rates and information about the Magnolia community. We highly recommend Jeff Thompson and Gehan Homes!

Mostyn Manor Reserve: Don’t come here because you will get run over by the speeding dump trucks and cement trucks. It seems like the contracts don’t care about the street safety as they never do anything about the speeding traffic that has to come through neighborhood. They care about selling the houses and good bye customer care. P.S. These trucks will be here for a very long time. Update: Up this to 2 stars so far because Gehan did get back to me to discuss situation. Sent an email so we’ll see what happens. Stars could change depending on response, etc.Update 2: VP at Gehan got back to me about their plans to reduce any speeding and increase safety. I was impressed to see that not only did they say they would speak with their own contractors but also speak with the developer to ensure road safety. Very thankful for their promptness and willing to put plans in place. Let’s hope the contractors and others stay the course. Updated rating as well. Can still get to 5 stars if this keeps up. Thanks.

Jeff was our sales rep/point of contact through our entire building process. He did a phenomenal job keeping us updated and calling us back in a timely manner when we had questions. I give 5 stars to Jeff! We had some snags along the way and after moving into our home that we are still dealing with now, so this is why I could not give a 5 to Gehan overall. Jeff definitely went above and beyond and we couldn’t praise him enough.

Jeff Thompson is a Excellent, Great Sales Consultant. He wen above and beyond to help me with the paperwork. Hes willing to engage in a win-win deal between you and Gehan homes.Hes very knowledgeable in his field and keep you updated all the way. I would strongly recommend working with him. Also hes fun/great to work with. He would be willing to go out of his way for you so that the deal can be closed.

We purchased a new home with Gehan Homes and I can’t say enough about how amazing our experience has been thus far. Working with Jeff T. and the builder Jason Y. has been outstanding. They are professional and responsive and have taken care of us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Gehan Homes.

We worked with Jeff to possibly buy a new home. He is very professional and was very helpful while we were asking multiple questions. Jeff was able to answer all of the questions we asked. I do the maintenance and landscaping for this community and its always a nice active neighborhood..very clean and quiet. Our company recently built a new park here in the back of the neighborhood where they are developing the new houses and section. Come check it out
