Gehan/Brightland was great with pre-close process and staff was quick and responses to any questions. We had a small issue about a year after we bought our home after our 11 month warranty inspection and getting Brightland to respond in 2023. At this time there were still many crews working on constructing houses in this neighborhood. Brightland later clarified they were a bit understaffed around that time, which could be a factor for some peoples negative customer service experience. Since then, theyve been quick to respond and see to any issues that were identified in our 11 month inspection report (which was minimal to begin with). The quality of the homes is superb and only regret is that we didnt go with a custom build sooner from Brightland. Despite that, the spec home we did purchase has been exceptional in function and Aesthetic. The amenities are nice and the neighbors are all really friendly.
